Following the online purchase of a lighting set in the summer I had a query about a bulb which was incapable of being replaced and within 24 hours a replacement lighting set was with me....no arguments, no hassle just real service which of course guarantees my return business.... I've purchased gazebos from here. Helpful staff and good quality products at a good price. Prices are better if you collect but I think they are on normal websites .

Excellent company to deal with. I have the Hercules Gazebo® S32 Steel model 3m x 3m and this gazebo can take a beating. I've had it around 3 years or so and today I took delivery of a replacement roof panel. I decided to leave it out all year just for my own curiosity and it was doing excellent until I was removing snow off it and I managed to push the broom handle through the roof and tearing it. Lesson learned not to leave it out all year 😁I can't fault this gazebo. 10 out of 10 👍

I bought a grey Hercules gazebo a few months ago after deciding to invest in a better one due to my previous 2 wastes of money .my new one far exceeded my expectations, superb quality ,totally wind & waterproof, very sturdy & easy to put up .extra length means no water ingress ANYWHERE very happy & most definitely would reccomend. Its quite heavy due to the thickness of material but the case has wheels so easy to move it around .Well worth the money & excellent value for money this one will last me years & years
