Dispatch and Delivery

We offer FREE courier delivery on all orders placed on our website within mainland UK only.

Please note some areas of Northern Ireland, The Highlands and other remote areas may require an additional charge to be paid for delivery. We will contact you if this is the case.

All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 24 hours of payment. We post out every week day, Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver all orders the next day after dispatch, however depending on courier delays, this is not always possible. We do not post out on Saturdays or Sundays.

Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, orders will be posted out by either UPS or Parcelforce. Signature can be required on delivery however couriers are also permitted to leaving parcels on your door step or a safe place.
You will get sufficient tracking to show when the parcels are due to arrive and on what date. So you as the customer are responsible to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery. If parcels left on your front door step or in a safe place are reported stolen you would have to get in touch with us and we can advise you on how to file a missing item claim with the courier company. You will be required to gather any evidence such as photos or CCTV to prove it has been taken from your property. You can also contact the police on 101 and file a report. We will be happy to provide any information needed.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us through our contact page so that we can help.

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed on Friday afternoon may be processed over the weekend but will not be dispatched until Monday.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Depending on couriers experiencing delays, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. Although we will help in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced due to the couriers and we offer no guaranteed delivery times.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct when ordering, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

Please inspect the packaging on arrival before signing to make sure that no damage has been caused while in the couriers possession. You are signing for the item in perfect condition. If any damage has been sustained to the item on arrival then please refuse to accept the delivery so that the item can be returned back to us. We can not be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for.
