We offer FREE delivery on all orders placed on our website within mainland UK only.

Please note some areas of Northern Ireland, The Highlands and other remote areas may require an additional charge to be paid for delivery. We will contact you if this is the case.


We reserve the right to charge extra fees to deliveries falling outside the standard courier charges. If you do not wish to pay additional shipping costs, we will have to cancel and fully refund your order due to being unable to provide free delivery to the destination.

 

All orders placed on our website are dispatched within 24 hours of payment, on the next available working week day. We post out every week day, Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 working week days after dispatch, however depending on courier delays, this is not always possible. We do not post out on Saturdays or Sundays.

Depending on the size and weight of the parcel, orders will be posted out by either Royal Mail or Parcelforce
You should receive an automatic email from the courier with tracking details, which may be found in your junk folder if it does not appear in the inbox. Tracking updates will show when the parcels are due to arrive and on what date. So you as the customer are responsible to be at the delivery address on the day of delivery.

Working days are classed as Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed on Friday afternoon may be processed over the weekend but will not be dispatched until Monday.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Depending on couriers experiencing delays, deliveries may take longer than anticipated to arrive. Although we will help in any way we can, we cannot be held responsible for any delays experienced due to the couriers and we offer no guaranteed delivery times.

Any shipment that contains multiple boxes may possibly get separated within the courier system and fail to be delivered at the same time. We cannot guarantee that all boxes will be delivered together on the same day, especially deliveries that contain an oversized box in the shipment.

Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct when ordering, as we will not replace or re-send any order at our expense if incorrect details have been supplied by you.

 

It is the recipients responsibility to inspect the packaging on arrival before accepting the goods to make sure that no damage has been caused while in the couriers possession. You are accepting the goods in perfect condition. If any damage has been sustained to the item on arrival you should refuse to accept the delivery so that the item can be returned back to us. We cannot make a claim with the courier company for damage caused during delivery once the item has been accepted. 


Some products may require delivery on a pallet due to the size and weight of the box. Pallet deliveries will only be attempted once. If the delivery fails for any reason, the courier will charge an additional fee of approximately £25 for a further delivery attempt. It will be the customers responsibility to cover these charges, with the courier contacting the recipient for payment before further delivery attempt. Refusal to pay will result in the palletised goods being returned back to us, in which any incurred delivery costs will be deducted from the refund of the undelivered goods.
